The Personnel Board meets monthly to oversee personnel issues and to advise the Director on assignments and recommendations for personnel action for the Archbishop to consider. They also look at any challenging situations and oversee the St. Lawrence Assistance Funding for Deacons. More information can be found in the Policy Handbook Chapter 2, Part 5.
